	Beale Street Music Festival - 2008 -Part of Memphis in May which some folks affectionally call Memphis in Mud. You can tell the folks that have been before, they have their Wellingtons on! The Beale Street Music Festival brings in the old and new, their seems to be music for every taste.
	Civil War Reenactment, Raymond, Mississippi, 2004 - Before Grant laid siege to Vicksburg, there was the Battle of Raymond. They have a Civil War reenactment there every year, and occasionally the National Reenactment rotates through there. I heard a comedian comment that the South is the only place he knows of that reenacts a war that they lost?!?!?! Visit the Official Battle of Raymond Site
	Sweet Potato Queen's Parade, Jackson, Mississippi, 2005 - Jill Connor Browne and the Sweet Potato Queens are the main draw every year at Mal's St. Paddys Parade. A rocking good time and well worth a trip to Jackson, Mississippi. Visit the Sweet Potato Queens Site. Also can get information on the parade at Parade Information at Hal and Mals
	Family Day aboard the USS Carr, 2006 - The USS Carr is a Navy frigate named after my Uncle Paul. The current Captain of the USS Carr is big on Family Day cruises. In the spring of 2006, he invited the Carr family along. My mother was the only sister still able to make the trip. It was a very special time in any number of ways. 	David and friends graduating from LPN school, 2006 - David graduating from LPN school in Batesville, AR 2006. Also included many of his friends. He is currently working on his RN, so stay tuned for another set of pictures...oh no!

	Keely West Law School Graduate -My daughter Keely West graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School, May 10, 2008. Went she first entered law school I remarked to a lawyer friend of mine that I thought I raised her better than that. He commented that I did, but law would ruin her!!!

	Brie, my granddaughter, the Soccer Diva - My brother Mike, her Great Uncle Mike, coached Bryanna's team a couple seasons. Mike is the intense tall one in the pictures.
	Jeff and Jane's wedding at Katy Depot in Checotah, OK - Jeff and Jane were married at the Katy Depot in Checotah, Oklahoma in September 2006. Why there? There are a couple reasons. One there is a memorial to my Uncle Paul there. And it is directly across the highway from where my grandmother's old house used to stand. Plus they had a picture of Carrie Underwood in there.
	Schulze's Monument - When my Aunt Irene passed away in 2005, the immediate family did not have the funds to buy her a tombstone. The larger clan created a fund and many folks kicked in and we purchased this one.
	Sue McCarthy's Christmas 2007 - Christmas 2007with Sue McCarthy's gang in Owensboro, by God, Kentucky.

Miscellaneous

	2008 Gulf Shores Fishing Trip Four of us got together and an offshore fishing trip out of Gulf Shores, Alabama. These are some of the pictures from that trip. We used Ni-Cole Fishing Charters. 	The Farm Couple at Joseppi's - The Farm Couple is a Bluegrass/Reddirt duet that I do a web site for. Great, great music.
	Shubha's wedding, Columbus, OH, 2006 - Shubha is a young Indian woman I worked with in Jackson, Mississippi. She married a fellow from Ohio, and invited me to the wedding in Columbus. They have a big Indian community there, and their own Hindu temple.
	Eagle Lake - My buddy Leon and I went fishing at Eagle Lake in the summer of 2005. Eagle Lake is a little north of Yazoo City, Mississippi
